Community Manager - (Corcoran) in Visalia, California For Sale

This position is responsible for the daily operations of apartment community including supervision of on-site staff. Maintains positive resident, employee, owner and vendor relationships. Acts on, implements all goals, objectives and directives as set forth by the Property Manager including budget and resident occupancy. Position Requirements Prior apartment management experience a plus. Bookkeeping experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills.
