This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be based out of the Visalia facility. The main function of this position is to assist the manager in the day to day operation of the company. Some of the other responsibilities of this position include: 1. The preparation of various facility, regional, and corporate reports and presentations. 2. Responding to general inquiries and provide consistent and effective follow up to facility personnel. 3. Plan and organize various regional functions throughout the year, such as the monthly operation and sales meetings and the various employee functions throughout the year. 4. Employee must have two years experience working as an administrative assistant. We are looking for an individual who can actively participate in a variety of administrative functions ranging from development of regional sales reports to enhancement and distribution of corporate policy. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize. One must also establish a good rapport for communication with the regional managers and personnel. This position will require travel on occasion. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
